Wow! Even after 5 months, I cannot believe how amazing my wedding was at this venue. Last February we visited this venue, and it was an abnormally warm day. I thought the venue was beautiful (it was the first one we looked at), and Lisa was so amazing to talk with! A few days later we went back to put a deposit on the venue, and it was a very dreary wet day. I realized how beautiful the venue was both on a good weather day, and a bad weather day, and I knew this was the venue! Throughout the planning on the wedding, I had constant contact with Lisa via email. She was so accommodating and I had no issues setting up a time to visit the venue. About a week before the wedding, (which was at the end of October), we realized the weather was going to be cold and possibly wet. We had planned to have our ceremony in the grove of trees, our reception in the big pavilion, and have the food/gifts in the barn. We had to change plans fairly quickly, in which we had our ceremony in the pavilion, and the reception in the barn. I was afraid that our 150ish people would not fit in the barn for the reception, but it worked out perfectly! We had our first looks in the grove of trees, and the day was cold, but didn’t rain. I included as many photos on different locations of the venue as possible! All photos are taken by Blythe Hoerr.
We also went back to the venue to get a Christmas tree about 2 months later, and they gave us a discount for getting married there! It was actually one of the most organized tree farms I went to. Our tree was beautiful as well! I believe my husband and I will continue to go back, as well as recommending this beautiful wedding venue! Thank you for making our wedding so amazing.
